Markku Räsänen

Markku Räsänen is an entrepreneur interested in deep tech, enterprise software and European competitiveness. Owner of H9i Partners, a consultancy and investing company active in the technology sector, he is advisor of companies such as the Finnish Quantum Computing company IQM and the graphene-silicon photonics company Black Semiconductor. Mr. Räsänen is also a member of the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment Steering Committee for Artificial Intelligence 4.0. 

Mr. Räsänen holds, among other titles, a Master in Law by the Stanford Law School, and a Bachelor in law by Tallinn University of Technology.
